Pick-Up Policy/Fulfillment

For pick-up only, at Romantasy BookCon LA. (Though our Direct Shipping option is now sold out, we may have extras available after the event.)

Event/In-Person Pick-Up: Read our important event pick-up policy

– This option is only available for valid ticket holders of Romantasy BookCon LA 2026.
– You must provide your order number when picking up from our Coveted Cover booth at the event.
– Valid ticket holders may pick up for an additional 3 people. You must have order numbers and first and last name for each person you are picking up for.
– All orders MUST be picked up at the event or they will be forfeited, with no refunds or exchanges provided.
– If you can no longer attend the event you may either:

* have someone pick it up for you (as per above) OR

* up until February 6th (approximately three weeks before the event), you may request a transfer to Direct Shipping for the cost of shipping plus a $10 processing fee by sending an email to info@covetedcover.com with your order number and full name. There are no cancelations or exchanges, and no direct shipping change requests will be accepted after February 6th, once our books have shipped to the event. Books not picked up at the event will be forfeited as per above and sold at the event. Please note: this transfer policy is intended as a back-up option for those who had tickets to attend the event but can no longer do so, since we do not offer refunds. This is not meant to be a work-around for those who wanted Direct Shipping but were unable to purchase a copy before those sold out. We reserve the right to cancel any order we suspect of doing so.
